Priscilla Adu-Amoah is a passionate humanitarian, educationist and human resource professional with a strong background in community development, people management and service delivery. She is deeply committed to empowering the less privileged and creating sustainable opportunities that positively transform lives.

She holds an HND in Hospitality Management, a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Science (MSc.) in Management and Human Resource Strategy, as well as a Certificate in Strategic HR Management and a Certificate in Labour Law and Application. Her diverse academic background reflects a strong blend of service excellence, education, leadership, governance and human capital development.

Professionally, Priscilla has gained valuable experience working in the banking sector, where she developed strong competencies in customer relations, operational efficiency, compliance, teamwork and service excellence.

Motivated by compassion and social responsibility, she founded Pryceless Heart Foundation with the vision of creating opportunity, growth and meaningful impact within communities. Under her leadership, the Foundation has successfully implemented community outreach programs, free health screenings, donation drives, educational support initiatives, youth empowerment projects and strategic partnerships.

She believes that sustainable development is built on innovation, accountability, equity, trust, diversity and inclusion. Through collaboration with corporate organizations, faith-based institutions, volunteers and community stakeholders, she continues to expand the Foundation’s reach and strengthen its impact.

With a heart for service and a passion for transformation, Priscilla remains dedicated to restoring dignity, inspiring hope and empowering individuals to become self-reliant and impactful members of society.

Dr. Elizabeth Ntow-Djan is a Social Medical Healthcare Manager and Family Physician with over 20 years of experience spanning healthcare delivery, health administration, and clinical practice. Her professional journey is driven by a deep passion for people, patient advocacy, leadership, and the advancement of quality healthcare.

She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), which complements her clinical expertise with strong competencies in strategic management, leadership, and organizational development. Her areas of professional interest include patient care and advocacy, health financing and policy, employee health, and workplace health and safety.

Elizabeth is recognized for her leadership, integrity, compassion, resilience, and commitment to excellence. As a Co-Founder of Pryceless Heart Foundation, she brings her healthcare expertise, leadership experience, and passion for service to initiatives focused on improving lives and promoting the well-being of underserved communities.

She is also a co-founder of Leep Consult and aspires to become a public health specialist, with a particular interest in advocating for sound policies that improve patient care and health outcomes.

Beyond her professional commitments, Elizabeth enjoys movies, music, gardening, and writing. She is also interested in exploring golf and swimming as avenues for relaxation, wellness, and personal growth.

Through her professional expertise and commitment to social impact, Elizabeth continues to champion the belief that health, dignity, and opportunity should be accessible to all.

Samuel Yaw Barima is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in operations management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. He is a strategic leader with a deep commitment to social impact through the organisation.

Samuel has over a decade of professional experience in multinational and mission-driven organizations.

Samuel holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. His expertise in project management ensures that initiatives are well-planned, efficiently executed, and aligned with the organisation’s mission to restore dignity and create opportunities for the deprived.

He is committed to the implementation of sustainable programs that effectively address the needs of underprivileged individuals and communities.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History, Cassandra Owusu Agyemang is a dedicated advocate for community development and social impact. Driven by the belief that meaningful change starts with individuals willing to invest their time, talents, and resources, she brings deep compassion and responsibility to her role as Executive Secretary of the Pryceless Heart Foundation.

Cassandra plays a vital role in coordinating and administering the Foundation's initiatives, focusing heavily on education, empowerment, inclusion, and community welfare. She champions the idea that every contribution, no matter the scale, can transform lives and build stronger communities.

Bringing over a decade of cross-industry experience and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Edem Kojo Adjei is a seasoned leader driven by positive change. As the Projects & Partnerships Coordinator for the Pryceless Heart Foundation, he turns the organization's vision into impactful community interventions.

Edem oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of vital programs while cultivating strong relationships with partners, sponsors, volunteers, and stakeholders. By combining his business acumen with a passion for service, he identifies strategic opportunities for collaboration, maximizes resource efficiency, and ensures every initiative aligns with the Foundation's core objectives.

With experience across diverse career paths, Josephine has developed a broad and adaptable perspective on business, leadership, and enterprise development.
